The entered activity must have taken place between 1 January 2009 and 31 December 2009 in the Republic of Ireland. The fee for each individual entry is €150 plus VAT @ 21%. For each additional category into which the activity is entered, a fee of €80 plus VAT @ 21% is payable. Fees are non-refundable.
A cheque for the total amount, made payable to Verve Marketing, must be included with your submission. No fee with submission = no judging of the entry.
The official entry form is available at www.anpostdmawards.com. A separate entry form must be completed for each entry and for each award category per entry.
To ensure the impartiality of the judging process an entry will be disqualified from the competition if any wording that would signify or identify an entrant appears in Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 of the entry form.
A minimum number of entries may be required for an individual category award to be made. This is at the discretion of the judges and the judges' decision is final.

Closing date for receipt of entries is 30th April 2010 at 5.00pm. Late entries will not be accepted.
The conferring of an award is based on the unanimous view of the judging panel. No correspondence will be entered into. The judges' decision is final.
A full list of winners will be available in June 2010 by sending a stamped, self-addresses envelope to An Post Direct Marketing Awards, Verve Marketing, 72 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4
Any attempt to influence/canvas the judging panel or tamper with the judging process will result in prompt disqualification for all entries pertaining to the entrant on whose behalf the canvassing is made.
By entering the competition you agree that An Post will have no liability to you for direct or indirect loss including, but not limited to, a direct or indirect loss arising from breach of contract, negligence, breach of duty or breach of statutory duty and will have no liability to you for loss of profits.
